1. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch:

2. Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligible Items for Return/Exchange:
✔ The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
✔ It should be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
✔ The item must have the original packaging, invoice, and authenticity certificate.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items:
❌ Customized or engraved jewelry.
❌ Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
❌ Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount coupons.
❌ Products damaged due to mishandling or improper use.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange?

3. Refund Policy
Refund Method:
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will receive a store credit or bank transfer refund.

Deductions & Charges:
- Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
- If a product is returned without valid reasons, a restocking fee may apply.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Product
