  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Custom or made-to-order jewelry may require additional time (typically 7-14 business days).
3.2 Estimated Delivery Time
  • Within India: 3-7 business days (depending on location).
  • International Shipping: 7-15 business days (varies by country and customs clearance).

Delivery timelines may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen delays from courier partners.


4. Shipping Charges

4.1 Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000.
  • Orders below ₹5,000 may incur a standard shipping charge (calculated at checkout).
  • Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available at an additional cost.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
